Brett Lee; meet and greet (iNDIA)

Terms and Conditions:

1. The promoter of this campaign is Better Breathing Devices Pty Ltd, registered in Australia with its registered office at Suite A, 13-17 Rivendell Drive, Tweed Heads South, NSW, 2486.

2. The campaign is open to all residents of India aged 18 or over, except employees of Better Breathing Devices Pty Ltd, their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected to the promotion.

3. To enter the campaign, participants must have bought a Better Breathing Sport product or bundle between the 16th of May (05:30 AM, IST) and 25th of May (5:30 AM, IST) 2023 and be located in India.

4. The winner will be selected at random and notified via email within 12 hours of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted within 24 hours of the notification, an alternative winner may be selected.

5. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. The winner will receive a meet and greet with Brett Lee, an exclusive one-on-one 30-minute session, signed merchandise, and a free Better Breathing Sport device.

6. The winner must be available to travel to Mumbai (location will be disclosed to the winner) at their own expense and must cover the cost of flights/travel and any related costs themselves.

7. The winner must be willing to have their name and image used in publicity materials related to the campaign without any additional compensation.

8. By participating in the campaign, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

9. The promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the campaign at any time without notice.

10. The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

11. This campaign is subject to the laws of India and any dispute arising under it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

12. The personal information provided by participants in connection with this campaign will be used solely in accordance with the promoter's privacy policy.

13. By entering the campaign, participants confirm that they have read and understood these terms and conditions.
